We Ship Via USPS Priority& have added USPS Ground advantage.
Typically all orders can fit in the box that our shipping rate is set for a flat rate medium box for example, Our medium box holds up to 20 bags of nuts.A small flat rate holds 4 bags.With ground advantage it will take longer but shipping for light weight items may be beter for you.
Based on what you order we will ship using the most reasonable rate. 
If your order will not fit into medium box, you will recieve an invoice for additional shipping of as we will use a large flat rate box.  
 Please message us and we can calculate shipping prior to your order.  We will always pack for best shipping rate available.
